Puss ock kram, saknar er massor<3

Aotearoa - New Zealand
Hi guys :)
Here we are again in a new country blogging about our life & the stuff we do during the day. But we still would like to know what's up with u? Wright us :)
Anyway, we are for the first time in a while in a new country :) A country that by sight looks like Norway except the vulcanos. :) New Zealand is about the same size as Finland with it's 4.4 mil, so a nice country to visit after the crowdy Australia. But a cold one :( It's freezing here in the evenings. Around 12 degree at the lowest and we now are in the warmer parts of the country. Shit :( mabye we can do some snowboarding here.. hehe.. And btw an interrestin fact, in the home of lord of the rings there lives 10 times as many sheeps as human beeings :)
Our first destination in this lovely country is the city surrounded by volcanoes, Auckland. With it's 1.4 million it's by far the most populated city but yet not the captial. Anyway, Auckland is a metropol like other big cities we have visited. They have the skytower, the skyscrapers and a nice harbour area with a famous bridge. :) sounds doll does'nt it? Noo, Auckland is different. It's the home of exstreme sports and u can really see that. In the middle of the city u can be shot 60 meters up in the air (in a cage of caurse), u can bungi jump the bridge and the skytower. Also from the skytower u can skydive. And thats just the spots we have seen so far. :) we like :) The city is built up by volcanoes so the harbour area even makes the one we saw in Sydney just ok.It's amayzing & u can see it on a nice day. Thousands of sailboats and harbour cruises witch we off caurse attended. We spent the first day on a boat where we got to see the nice harbour area, have a walk on an volcano, see some fishing and even spot a couple bungji jumping from the harbour bridge. :) Pretty cool, but by far the coolest must be the volcanoes surrounding Auckland harbour. Magestic they rais up into the air, giving breath to new land. The picture of us above is taken from a volcano on the other side of the river that provides a spectacular 360 degree view over Auckland. It's a popular tourist attraction and on a sunny day there is thousands having a picknic.
Once in Auckland we off caurse had to do some crazy shit, so we booked time to do the skytower walk. Since the weather did'nt allow us to do it we will tell u about it in about a mounth. Then we will be back in Auckland for the last couple of days of our travel :( . Cause of the weather was not the best we kind of just chilled out, sorted some stuff out, planned our journey through New Zealand, did the national museum and went to the movies during this stay in Auckland. But Auckland gave us an impression that it's a city with limits. meaning that we think it would be a bit boring to stay for a longer period so for us the 3 days where perfect. And we have the same amount of days when we are back from our roadtrip nr 2. Witch starts tomorrow btw.... :) A new adventure in a new country with a different car. :) A juicy this time. Let's see how that goes :) hehe
But for now this is it for Auckland. We see you again and hope that the weather will be on our side so we can walk the 15m walk, 192m up in the air. :)
Well take care see you guys soon :)
Farewell.

The 7'th wonder of the world
I know it's been alot of post's lately but soone it's all over :( And our blogg will be nothing but a memory faiding away. But for now we still got lot's to tell u so bare with us. This time it's about one of the 7 natural wonders of the world & one of the most spectacular sights we'll ever see. :) It's lager then the great wall of China and the only living organism on earth visible form space. Do you know what we'r talking about ??? It's the reef as the local calls it. :) :) The GREAT BARRIER REEF is built up by over 3000 different coral reef systems & with it's spectacular marine life it's a sight we'll never forget. Spec since we got to both snorkel & dive in it. And it's something that should be on your list over things to see/do. Even if u just stay on the boat or are 100 meters above in a chopper. An unique sight and a memory for life.
.Anyway we had organised a reef daytrip boat sailing adventure as it's called witch is a family owned boat with one employeed diver. They had been doing this for over 25 years and where experienced as hell with the knowledge of all the good spots :) hehe sounds promising doesn't it? The 3 of them where awesome, friendly and we even got to rent wetsuits for free. :) naice naice we save money :)
Anyhow, we paid something like 135 dollars pr pers for a (dive with all inclusive) trip out to the reef with 20 other randoms. :) Mostly Danish people and some Swedish, Irish and so on. The small katamaran set sails for Upuolo Reef (2 hour sailing) where we would get the chance to jump in the wather. :) The sailing went fast and on the way we got some instructions of where we where going to dive and what we could expect from the dive. :) Since we where surch a cool couple and the fact that one of the crew members is on his way to Norway/Finland we got to go alone with him. Soo freaking awesome. :)
So all geared up (almost as Betty is in the picture) we jumped in the wather witch hold about 27 degrees. Just 5 minutes into the dive we saw the king of the ocean. A shark bigger then all of us :) A white-tip shark, in his full lenght around 2 meters long. :) A strange feeling seeing the animal u have heard so much negativ about, just hanging out. Not dangerous at all, just curious like all other animals. Unless of course you hit it, surprise it or do something really stupid and it's a good thing it's not dangerous since we saw 4 of them. A majestic animal who has no fear in the world except us. We also saw a tourtle and some other fishes like rainbow fish, parrot fish, and lots of coral life that amazes u like nothing before.
After 35 minuts of beeing a guest in the ocean we unfortenatly had to get out of the wather since we where running out of air. :( It's sad couse we could stay down there for a long time, at least until it get's dark. Thats when the sharks starts to get active so u dont want to be diving then since they might mistake u for a big ass seel.
So well up on the boat we got some food and got to know the rest of the guys on the boat. The time between the dive and the snorkel trip we just chilled out on the boat in the sun and just enjoying the day. :) The snorkel trip where also awesome :) we didn't see a shark but some turtles and the various marine life the coral provides u with. Just simply amayzing :)
I have to mention that on the way back the weather got pretty bad, people where trowing up and the waves washed over the boat. :) hehe So much for trying to get dry before arriving land again. But the coolest bit where that on a katamaran there is a net up front between the two sides where u can stay if the weather provides it. Well after some safety instructions from the captain I got to test it out for a while. :) Action junkie baby, hehe. But seriously when u have waves with full power washing over u while u desperately trying to hang on was not as funny as I thought it would be. There is a video of it and links will come in the next post. Check it out! Looks awesome. :)
Well anyway think thats it for this time guys, next time we probably will be in Auckland :) hope u guys are allright and we miss u :) See you later

Jag hamnade upp pa scenen i slutet av showen och Sam borjade med att saga: "Bettina, your job is simply to inspect this lock and take your clothes off..
At paskagg och memma for min del ocksa! (Bara paskagg for julians del, han ar inte sa fortjust i memma :D)

Cheers guys :)
Highlights in this post will be: drunk people, vodka, crawl, atmosphere and screws & bolts... Sounds fun doesn't it?
The 19th our friend Robin had a birthday, and we wanted to give him a surprise as well as a good farewell since they where leaving on Wednesday to Holland. We had no idea what we could do but when we met Katie x2 in the street on our way back from Woolworth it all came clear!!. They promoted a pub crawl that was set to go on at Tuesday the 19th. On Robin's birthday & a pub crawl
Sweet, we found an awesome gift for him. :) We called Rihanne and she loved the idea, but we where not to tell Robin anything but small clues each day. hehe, Clues like u can get wet, u might have to walk some, it's more fun when u drink and u get served food 2 times. A couple of day's went on and Robin kept on guessing. He guessed stuff like a fishing trip, strip tease, and bowling but each time the clues didn't add up. :( hehe (Have to admit that the last day he was into the idea of a pub crawl so I guess he guessed it)
On the day of the pub crawl we gave Robin a dish brush that he had to bring with him the entire time. Just for laughs and it worked :) he worked that dish brush the entire evening and I believe it's famous now. Like to the left here, with help from Katy x2. Anyway the evening was awesome and included stuff like limbo, a bunch of competitions, drinking, dancing and some action off course. :)Like an mild episode of jersey shore without the muscles. lol :) We started the crawl by getting bolts (for girls) and screws (for boys) just so u could find the one u where suppose to be with "for the rest of your life". Actually it had happen once! Two randoms found each other and got married after the pub crawl. But for some random reason it didn't happen for us. Wonder why ?? At the first location we got served food for the first time as well, and the beer mug's where 10 dollars. And u know what that means, don't u!!! The table just kept filling up. :) Here the first competitions started and u could even win a skydive & other awesome prizes. There where competitions like a dance competitions (we where somewhere else, non of us remembers!!!), a competition where the girl should get a shewing gum from one side of your pants to the other and then blew a bobble from it :) Good fun and I still believe that me and Rihanne won that one....... Did'nt we Rihanne? The other competition where a "different kind of position" competition that became a bit pornographic in the end. hehe :)But good fun it was and the winner (the one on the picture) won the skydive I think. Bastards... So on the pub crawl we visited 4 bars, and the way we traveled for one to another was with a party bus :) A double Decker with a open top and a stereo made for the entire city to hear. :) The ultimate party bus as it's called. How cool is that ??
The bus left us with an awesome party felliz each time we came to a bar, that we found out after several shots, drinks & beers at the first 3 bars. :) Are u a bit drunk there Betty ?? It's been a long time since we drank that much & we paid for it on Wednesday. But still it was awesome and i just hope u like the surprise Robin.. It's something that we even might do again on Saturday just because of the prizes u can win. :) But anyway this is it for this time :) hope u liked the post & remember to comment. :)
Take care guys

Roadtrip i norra Queensland
Nasta stop blev Cape Tribulation som ligger i Daintree National Park i "The Wet Tropics" Varldsarv omrade.

Time to catch up baby
Hi everyone, we ar back again. :)
This time we are wrighting from the lovely Cairns that Betty tould u about in the last post. Today I will give u a small uppdate on our travel. Where we have been, where we are going and things like that so bear with me on this one. It's bound to be a good one. . . :)
So as u may have notised we are out there in the world traveling. :) Hell Yeah baby. That we have done now for 15 increadible weeks, but we can feel the end closing in on us since we only have 8 1/2 weeks left. :( It's so weird just thinking about it and it's gonna be strange to come back to a normal life again. Anyway the contrast of the travel is huge, just think about it for a second & u will know what I mean. Like the 1th of jaunary we had a cafe latte in Helsinki, and now 18th of April we had the same latte in Cairns. It's almost as far away as u can get, totally on the other side of the world.Isn't that something?? Feel's weird thinking about it.
The journey through half of the world has been amayzing and so adventurous, each and every destination has given us something in one way or another. Like the tree top in Lao, swimming in the Great barrier reef, playing with locals in Cambodia to the scuba diving in Thailand. Things that we wouldn't do at home but has become a part of our daily activities during the journey. An experience u should do if u got the time, the oportunity & the money. Seriously it's so worth it. :)
U might remember our route, if not just Press here..... Ever since the start it's been amayzing and it still is. Amayzing destinations just keep poping up and of caurse we have to see them... :) Off caurse there has been times that we where sick of something. Eks temples in Cambodia (u just did/nt care for another temple) or the fact that after u have been to whitehaven beach u have seen one of the most amayzing beaches the planet has to offer, so no need to travel long distanses to see one just like it. But still u go on for more adventures :) For us the fact that we did'nt plan our trip down to details, where a brilliant fact. It allowed us to just go with it. U dont have any place that u have to be by tomorrow so u can do whatever. :) nice feeling and it realy does make u feel alive. The only negative thing so far I must admit is the fact that we calculated a to short time period. :( We should have had more time in Asia but we have learned that for the next time we travel.
For those of you that are thinking about traveling don't plan to much. Some tips would be, just kind of go with it, Asia offer so much more that u don't know about so have two extra weeks there for the surprises that will come, and Australia is bigger then it appere. Far much bigger :) We drove 6500 km and we did'nt even go through 1/3 of it.
But anywat, u will find that out for yourself during your travel. For us we still have (as mentioned) 8 1/2 weeks left, where 2 of them is here in lovely Cairns. 5 of the weeks we will be in New Zealand. :) A trip we are waiting for after talking with Rhianna and Robin (Dutch couple that we met during the sailing trip in Whitehaven). In new Zealand we have booked a juicy, so we have the freedom to travel around the country there as well. :) Then it's off to Hong Kong before a party in Holland awaits us before we are back in Finland.
Thats been our life for the last 15 weeks and still will be for the next 8. I don't know what more to say since it's so much but if there is anything just ask guys. learn from others mistakes and at the same time get some good tips. Well enjoy the rest of your day, cause I know we will. And we will see you later :)
