Queenstown NZ

I stand corrected when I said that Taupo is NZ adrenalin capital, cause really is Queenstown. Queenstown is a day & night village, a cat & dog town where the different sceneries are sick. U can walk around in the beutiful botanique gardens or have a relaxed cruise on the lake when suddently u hear screams from a naked adrenaline junkie donig a nude bungee jump or cruising down a narrow river on a jet doing 85kph. Thats Queenstown for u. And my quess is that u will like it.

The small town witch double it's amount of people during the busy season is a nice place to chill for a couple of days. That's excatly what we did. :)

We didn't do any crazy shit since we have done the most, but we hooked up with some old friends of us. Luke & Bryony that we met in Bali. They are currently job/house hunting down here so we had a night out. The night started in a rodeo bar in down town where the beers where 3 dollars and u got free food if u ordered more then 2 beers. Nice Nice :) Thats dinner for us right there and Luke admitted that it was his 4'th night in a row here. hehe :) Nice going Luke.

The bar's most known attraction part from the cheep beer was the mechanical bull that trew people in the wall during the night. :) U got thrown down as quick as u could say magnetohydrodynamic.
Cool place & we now know why u are there so often Luke. Entertainment & cheep beer. Nice combo...... So we where going for one but ended up with lots more but I quess thats normal isn't ?? After a quick stop at the liquor store we ended up at pinewood playing shitface in front of the fireplace. Nice evening, cheers guys. But again, why didn't we take any pics guys???

Anyway Queenstown center is small and cosy with a easy walk from one side of the village to the other. A place that is a must if u are down in the South Island and a place to spend all your money. So enjoy it as long as the money last's.

Hmm, what else can I tell u guys. Well it's freezing here, barely around 3 degrees during the night. So that sucks a bit, but I quess we deserve it after skipping the hole Finnish/Norwegian winter. As u ready this we are on our way to Dunedin. Here we will have our stereo in the car replaced and Betty whant's to run with the penguins so tune in for next weeks post. Cheers guys.

BTW, Congrats Finland. :) Awesome too demolish Sweden 6-1 in the final. Sweet :) :) Go Finland
